All generated outstation taxi rates are computed based on flat rate structures. Highway toll fees, parking tickets, and state border taxes are explicitly listed. If any route change is requested during transit, additional kilometer fees will apply matching the base vehicle tariff details.
A standard night driver allowance of ₹250 to ₹350 is active for journeys proceeding between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Multi-day itineraries require a daily driver allowance to cover lodging coordinates.
Reservations can be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside the 24-hour limit attract a base fee matching the driver's positioning costs.
Every vehicle model has fixed passenger capacities aligned with transport authority guidelines. Drivers reserve the right to decline passengers exceeding specified counts (e.g. max 4 for Sedans, 7 for Innova Crysta, 17 for Force Tempo Travellers) or carriage of illegal substances.
Drivers undergo background and professional safety training. We request all passengers maintain mutually respectful behavior during trips. Drivers reserve the right to end journeys immediately in cases of physical threats or safety code violations.
